NailsBot ("we", "us") provides a WhatsApp-based booking assistant for salon businesses. This page explains what data we collect and how it is used.
Client name, phone number, appointment history, and messages exchanged via WhatsApp with the salon's booking assistant. Salon owners and staff who connect their Google Account additionally share calendar access to sync appointments.
Data is used solely to operate the booking service: confirming appointments, sending reminders, and syncing bookings to a connected Google Calendar. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
If a salon owner or staff member connects their Google Calendar, we create a dedicated calendar and write appointment events to it. We only access calendars the user explicitly connects, and access can be revoked at any time from the dashboard.
Data is retained for as long as the salon account is active, and can be deleted on request.
